Should Blizzard Sell wow Gold?

Blizzard intends to stop people from selling wow gold, why not sell it themselves. If they do that, it would drive the cheap wow gold sellers out of the business and have a notably effect on forbidding gold selling. However, a serious problem will be aroused if Blizzard sells wow gold. That is completely ruining the wow economy.

There is a big difference between gold sellers selling gold and Blizzard selling gold. The gold that people buy from gold sellers came from the same place that everyone else's gold came from, and that is from farming. Even if the gold was stolen from a hacked account, the stolen gold came from someone who farmed it. Farming creates more word of warcraft items as well as more gold, thus keeping supply and demand in balance and the economy is not affected. If Blizzard were to sell gold, they would simply create the new gold out of thin air. 'Printing cheap wow gold' would have the same effect in game that it would in the real world. The value of the money would go down and item prices would skyrocket. Everyone would have to buy gold to keep up. No longer will the value of items be a reflection of what people consider a fair trade for the time they put into it, or the scarcity of the item. Rather, it will only reflect the ability of the buyer to purchase the item with the full force of his wallet.
